Kacho Montalvo Cedeno, b. in Puerto Rico in 1960, is an artist recognized for his originality as a solo and accompanist guitarist, cuatro player, and composer. Currently, Kacho enjoys traveling to offer clinics, recitals, and sharing experiences with those who wish to learn Caribbean instruments, based on his ethnomusicological studies in remote areas. He is also available for private events, conventions, social gatherings, and recording sessions, continuing his mission of creating and fusing diverse cultural influences from classical, Caribbean, Latin jazz, and pop.
